- A Letter from Sarah -
For the Woman Who’s Finally Ready to Come Home…
For years, I lived with a quiet ache in my chest.
I rushed from job to job, appointment to appointment, helping everyone around me reach their dreams.
While mine waited on the sidelines.
When I finally had a moment, I collapsed on the couch with my phone, telling myself I was resting.
But I was really trying to soothe a longing I didn’t know how to meet.
The ache for my own art.
For something that belonged to me.
I was too burned out to move.
So I numbed. I scrolled.
I filled my mind with other people’s stories because I couldn’t hear my own anymore.
It took time to climb out of that place.
There were tears. There was rage. There was therapy.
And slowly, there was healing.
Now, I can see what that version of me needed most.
What you might need right now.
Stillness.
Not silence. Not absence.
Presence.
A few minutes alone with yourself.
Long enough to feel what rises.
Strong enough to stay.
Because that is the doorway to real change.
Can you be with yourself?
Can you listen to what your heart is saying?
If you can do that, you can do anything.
And that’s where we begin.
On your terms. In your time. With your whole self.
