- A Letter from Sarah -
For the Woman Who’s Finally Ready to Come Home…
For years, I lived with a quiet ache in my chest.
I rushed from job to job, appointment to appointment—days in the office, nights in the recording studio.
Helping everyone around me reach their dreams.
While mine waited quietly on the sidelines.
Whenever I had free time, I collapsed on the couch with my phone—telling myself I was resting.
But what I was really doing… was trying to scratch an invisible itch.
The ache of longing for my own art.
For something that belonged to me.
Something I hadn’t made for someone else.
But I was too burned out to move.
So I numbed. I scrolled.
I filled my mind with other people’s stories—because I didn’t know how to hear my own anymore.
It took time to crawl out of that place—the one I thought my dreams had gone to die.
There were tears.
There was rage.
There was therapy.
There was a massive move from the city I’d called home for sixteen years.
And, slowly, there was healing.
Now, looking back, I can see clearly what that version of me needed most.
What you might need right now.
Stillness.
Not silence. Not absence.
But presence.
A few minutes alone with yourself—and your imagination.
Long enough to feel what rises.
Strong enough to stay.
Because that’s the key.
That’s the doorway to real change.
Can you be with yourself?
Can you listen to what your heart is saying?
If you can do that—you can do anything.
And that’s where we begin.
On your terms.
In your time.
With your whole self.
